People call on Mike to help them solve challenges such as these.
“We want to be confident that we’re on track to meet our financial goals”
“I don’t mind paying my share of taxes but I wonder if there are some other things I could be doing to reduce them”
“My current advisor is OK but they are mainly focused on the investments they manage. I’d like assistance with other aspects of our financial lives as well.”
“We don’t have the time or desire to make sure our financial lives are optimized”
“It seemed easier when retirement was a ways off – Make regular contributions to our investments and ride out the inevitable dips. Now that we’re ready for this next chapter of our lives, it seems more complicated. I’m not sure what got us here is still the best strategy. And we’ve only got one shot to do it right.”

Who’s not a good fit
Clients work with Mike because they desire the peace of mind that comes from an ongoing relationship and involvement in all aspects of their financial lives. They aren’t interested in a “50 First Dates” or “Groundhog Day” experience. In other words, a situation where they are regularly having to work with someone new or feel as though their advisor doesn’t have the time or interest for a deeper relationship.
Mike’s clients find their relationship to be very valuable. However, not every situation is the right fit for what we do. Some signs we may not be for you.
- If you’re only interested in investment management instead of also getting help with other aspects of your financial life
- If you like to frequently see changes in your investments
- If you like to never see changes in your investments
- If you would rather have your advisor tell you what you want to hear, even when facts say otherwise
