With each passing day it seems like there’s more bad news about the economy. And while a recession could be in our future, markets usually start rebounding while things are beginning to get less bad. Here’s a nice list of things that, if/when they happen, the market will begin looking up.

The stock market is approaching the end of one of the worst quarter’s and start to the year in its history. According to the charts in this post, the fact that markets have been so terrible is enough to be optimistic about the rest of the year and beyond. One caveat; the sample size is small.
The crypto party is over (Wall St. Journal)
They say history doesn’t repeat but it often rhymes. I remember reading articles in WSJ back in the late ’90’s about dot.com companies throwing outrageous parties, buying Superbowl ads, and just generally spending money like they owned a printing press.
Regardless, this article does a good job summarizing what’s been going on in the crypto world recently. While many companies/coins/nfts will go the way of the dot.coms, a few will likely survive and 1 or 2 may turn into the next Amazon. If you know which one it will be, let me know.
